Mother Nature clearly hasn't gotten the memo that it is now Spring. Instead of showering us with Spring showers, she has been showering Toronto snow. As much as I'm over hibernating inside as I wait for warm weather, that's exactly what I did this week. Since I have nothing exciting about myself to share with you all - and I obviously want to link up with
Lauren for High Five For Friday - I will share with you the awesome shows I watched this week (really, I had nothing better to do with my time).
1. New Girl
What is NOT to love about this show? I'm completely in love with Zooey Deschanel, and Hannah Simone is my girl. After all, she spent most of her childhood in Canada. What, what!
Can we
please talk about how cute Jess and Nick are? I obviously don't want to spoil anything for anyone who isn't caught up with it, but the short of it is that Jess and Nick make my heart go pitter patter.
2. The Mindy Project
Ladies, please tell me I'm not the only one who watches this show. It's hilarious. Seriously.
To the producers of the Mindy Project re: the last episode: Thank you for making the world aware of the fact that my name sucks, as seen with Danny's awkward attempt at hitting on Alex by saying to her, "Isn't that a boy's name?"
Dammit, people. AlexandER is a boy's name. Alex is unisex!
Like Kelly, Jesse, Sasha, etc.
3. Hell's Kitchen: Season eight million 11
I saw the first two episodes of this last week and vowed to stop watching it. It's getting to be so sketched that it's giving me a headache. This crazy lady with the puppet was the last string for me. Yet this week, when I found I had nothing else to watch, I gave it another another shot. When crazy lady said she quit and walked off the show, I was relieved.
I enjoyed the rest of the episode after that too!
Was
her quitting sketched? I don't think so. But, I'm also a bit naive. Did you watch it? What did you think?
4. How I Met You Mother
All I have to say about this is
show us the damn mother already!
5. The Walking Dead
I cannot believe this season is almost over. I'm in too deep with this show. Favourite show ever? Pretty much.
Also, I despise Andrea. Like,
Despise with a capital D (and an underline and in bold). Anyone else?
Have a great weekend everyone!
