Blogging is something I've wanted to do for a long time. Deciding on the type of blog I wanted turned out to be a bigger challenge than I had expected. Should I do it on a set theme? Should it be review based? I've used a ton sunless tanners over the past few months. Should I base my blog on that? Confused, I studied my friends blogs for ideas. That's when I realised that there really isn't one set layout; no right or wrong way of creating a blog. Blogs are a collection of thoughts and ideas that make sense to the blogger.

Two things that make more sense to me than anything else are writing and music. I could write forever and be completely content. As for music, it really is my hot, hot sex. For me, as beautiful as the chords of a good song are, it's the lyrics that I cling to. When a song speaks to me, it can get me through anything.

I actually got that engraved onto the back of my old iPod touch (before it died. /tear).

Basically, this blog serves the purpose of letting me ramble to the World Wide Web. With, of course, the sentiment to live life the fullest, be happy and not take anything for granted.

I'm going to try to cut the corny stuff out of my posts in the future as much as possible. Seriously.
